Insulated Panels

Insulated panels are high-performance enclosure products made with high-strength color-coated steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, or galvanized steel sheets as the face material and high-efficiency insulation materials such as polyurethane (PU/PIR), extruded polystyrene (XPS), EPS, or rock wool as the core material, formed through a continuous automated composite process. They possess excellent thermal insulation, are lightweight and high-strength, waterproof and moisture-proof, and can be installed quickly. Among these, polyurethane (PIR) sandwich panels have a thermal conductivity as low as 0.018~0.024 W/(m·K), exhibiting the most outstanding insulation performance and making them the first choice for cold chain warehouses, cold storage facilities, and temperature-controlled workshops where strict temperature control is required. Extruded polystyrene (XPS) sandwich panels have a thermal conductivity of approximately 0.028 W/(m·K), high closed-cell ratio, and good compressive strength, making them suitable for ground insulation and high-load areas. EPS sandwich panels are economical and lightweight, suitable for industrial plants, agricultural greenhouses, and temporary buildings with general insulation needs. Rock wool sandwich panels offer both thermal insulation and Class A fire resistance, making them suitable for fire-resistant insulation partitions. The panels feature tongue-and-groove joints, ensuring excellent sealing, effectively preventing cold bridging, and facilitating easy installation. Daily construction area can reach 600-800 square meters. These insulated sandwich panels are widely applicable to various scenarios requiring temperature control and energy conservation, such as cold storage facilities, food processing workshops, pharmaceutical factories, electronic cleanrooms, livestock farms, greenhouses, and exterior walls of civil buildings.
