Recently, the Belarusian metal warehouse project, managed by Canglong Group through a one-stop full-service solution, has successfully completed high-precision prefabrication and overseas delivery of all components. This project was specifically designed for the cold, snowy climate of Eastern Europe and the high load-bearing requirements of modern warehousing, achieving upgrades in both structural system and thermal insulation efficiency.

Belarus has long winters with extremely heavy snowfall, posing almost extreme physical challenges to the snow pressure resistance of building roofs and the torsional and vibration resistance of the main structure. To address this, the Canglong technical team tailored a highly efficient composite rigid frame solution:
- Steel Truss Beams: The main load-bearing beams of the roof are ingeniously designed to differ from traditional H-beams, employing a full steel truss structure. Truss structures naturally possess excellent spatial stiffness, bending resistance, and torsional resistance, effectively and safely transferring the heavy snow loads of winter to the foundation, completely eliminating the risk of structural deformation.
- High-Strength Square Tube Columns: The main load-bearing columns of the metal warehouse is made of square steel tubes with extremely high load-bearing capacity and symmetrical cross-sectional properties. Compared to ordinary steel sections, they exhibit a more balanced performance in resisting multi-directional wind loads and vertical loads.
- Comprehensive Rigid Interlocking Bracing: The solution is fully equipped with inter-column bracing and lateral bracing systems, combined with CNC precision-punched C-shaped steel purlins, weaving the entire warehouse into a rigid, mesh-like structure, significantly improving the building’s overall seismic resistance and anti-sway performance.

Addressing the extreme cold of Eastern Europe, where winters are consistently below -10°C, the metal warehouse exterior enclosure system features high-end cladding as standard:
- Dual-directional insulation, eliminating thermal bridging: The walls and roof are entirely constructed with high-density polyurethane sandwich panels. The PU core boasts an extremely low thermal conductivity (≤0.022W/(m⋅K)) among engineering building materials, coupled with a highly airtight tongue-and-groove design for a seamless fit.
- Cut off high heating costs: The robust insulation layer acts like a fully enclosed “down jacket” for the warehouse, locking in indoor temperature and preventing frost and dripping, directly reducing winter heating electricity costs for owners by over 40%.
