The project’s structural system utilizes high-tensile H-beams as main beams and columns, constructing a robust and earthquake-resistant heavy-duty frame. The roof cladding system features high-standard high-density polyurethane (PU) roof panels, which, with their extremely low thermal conductivity and excellent waterproof and thermal insulation performance, effectively lock in indoor temperatures and reduce energy consumption, perfectly coping with the hot and humid climate of the Caribbean. All components and accessories, including primary and secondary steel structures, polyurethane roof panels, tie rods, bracing, and high-strength bolts, have been prefabricated with high precision at the domestic base and centrally packed and shipped under strict control. They will then be 100% rigidly assembled on-site with bolts, facilitating the rapid construction and implementation of the client’s overseas assets.
