Hollow glass magnesium  sandwich panel also known as hollow magnesium oxide cleanroom panels, are a structural upgrade from traditional solid magnesium oxide panels. They are made from inorganic magnesium oxide (MgO), magnesium chloride, and plant fibers, molded into hollow profiles using a special mold, and then composited with color-coated steel sheets. This unique hollow design allows them to retain Class A fire resistance, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance while significantly reducing weight and greatly improving sound insulation, heat insulation, and cable concealment. It is the preferred solution for high-end cleanroom projects and fireproof partitions worldwide.

Structural Form
  • Core Structure: The panel cross-section has a continuous rectangular or elliptical hollow structure (similar to corrugated reinforcing ribs). This design, known in materials mechanics as the I-beam principle, maximizes bending strength while reducing weight.
  • Composite Process: High-strength, environmentally friendly polyurethane adhesive is used to continuously composite the upper and lower layers of aluminized zinc-coated steel sheets with the hollow magnesium oxide core material under high temperature and pressure on a continuous production line.
  • Connection Method: Standard tongue and groove joint. Conduit holes are typically pre-drilled at the interface, and combined with an embedded aluminum profile keel system, it achieves an aesthetically pleasing, screwless appearance with excellent airtightness.
