Cleanroom hollow magnesium oxide board is a new type of cleanroom-grade steel panel product specifically developed for high-cleanliness environments. The product uses high-quality color-coated steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, anti-static sheets, or stainless steel sheets as the face panels on both sides, with two layers of 5mm fire-resistant MgO sandwich panels and a fire-resistant MgO inner spacer as the core material. It is composite-formed using a multi-functional continuous production line for steel sandwich panels. The MgO core material is mainly composed of inorganic materials such as high-purity active magnesium oxide (MgO), reinforced with a medium-alkaline fiberglass mesh and filled with lightweight materials, making it a green and environmentally friendly new type of non-combustible decorative material.

Depending on the production process, hollow MgO sandwich panels are divided into two types: machine-made and handmade. Handmade panels use a cold-drawn profile frame on all four sides, with the MgO mesh spacer glued internally, resulting in precise dimensions and good flatness. Machine-made panels are formed in one continuous automated production line.
