The product uses high-quality rock wool as the insulation core, with magnesium oxide reinforcing boards laminated to one or both sides of the rock wool. It is then finished with color-coated steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, or galvanized steel sheets for both the interior and exterior surfaces, and is manufactured through a high-temperature, high-pressure, and curing process on an automated production line. The magnesium oxide board is made primarily from inorganic materials such as high-purity active magnesium oxide (MgO), reinforced with a medium-alkaline fiberglass mesh, and filled with lightweight materials.
Depending on the production process, magnesium oxide rock wool cleanroom panel is divided into machine-made and hand-made types. Hand-made panels are edge-sealed with galvanized steel strips and galvanized corner pieces, ensuring precise dimensions and good flatness. Machine-made panels are formed in one continuous automated production line. Depending on the number of composite layers, magnesium oxide (MgO) rock wool boards can be divided into single-sided MgO rock wool boards (four-layer structure: color-coated steel plate + MgO board + rock wool core material + color-coated steel plate) and double-sided MgO rock wool boards (five-layer structure: color-coated steel plate + MgO board + rock wool core material + MgO board + color-coated steel plate).
