They are manufactured through high-temperature and pressure lamination on an automated production line. The rock wool core material is made from natural basalt and other rocks, melted and fiberized at temperatures above 1450℃, making it a green and environmentally friendly inorganic non-combustible material.
Depending on the production process, Class A fireproof rock wool sandwich panels are divided into machine-made and handmade types. Machine-made panels are formed in one continuous automated production line, resulting in high production efficiency and dimensional stability. Handmade panels use galvanized steel strips and corner fittings for edge sealing, ensuring precise geometric dimensions and good flatness. A polyurethane edge sealing process is also available, using a unique polyurethane material to seal the four edges, further improving the airtightness and watertightness of the panel, effectively preventing rainwater penetration and air leakage.
