“Sandwich” Composite Structure:

Face Sheets: Both sides use 3-5mm high-density magnesium oxide board (MgO board). This sheet has extremely high impact resistance and moisture resistance, serving as the first line of physical protection.

Core Material: Made of high-quality basalt fiber vertical-fiber rock wool strips, with a density typically between 100-140 kg/m³. The vertical fiber structure effectively enhances tensile strength perpendicular to the board surface.

Adhesive Layer: Uses high-strength, high-temperature resistant, environmentally friendly inorganic adhesives to ensure the panel and core material do not detach or delaminate under high temperatures during a fire.
