This is a commercial building project in Albania, for which Canglong Group provided a one-stop closed-loop solution, encompassing detailed design, supply of high-quality materials, international booking and transportation, and remote installation guidance.

Located in the Balkans of Europe, the Canglong technical team optimized the integrated structure to meet the stringent requirements of local commercial building regarding space utilization, fire safety, and extreme energy efficiency.

Building specifications: The dimensions of the supermarket are 60 meters long, 25 meters wide, and 6 meters high, with a total construction area of 1500 square meters.

Rigid Framework: The commercial building features a classic double-pitched roof structure, providing excellent snow and rainwater drainage. The main load-bearing beams and columns are uniformly constructed with high-strength Q355B grade H-beams, with no redundant internal columns, providing ample space for shelf arrangement and customer flow. The secondary structure uses CNC precision-punched C-shaped steel purlins to create a stable three-dimensional load-bearing grid.

Energy-efficient building envelope: High-quality PU sandwich panels are standard on all walls and roofs. With its extremely low thermal conductivity and ultra-high closed-cell ratio, it effectively creates a fully enclosed insulating layer for the shopping mall, completely cutting off heat exchange between indoors and outdoors. This is expected to reduce long-term central air conditioning operating electricity costs for customers by more than 35%.

Turnkey delivery of complete kits: Canglong Group packages the main and secondary steel structures, PU insulation panels, high-corrosion-resistant doors and windows, large-capacity gutter and downpipe drainage systems, flashing and edging components, and thousands of high-strength bolts and accessories from its Chinese factory into containers for cross-border shipment.

Under the remote high-definition BIM installation guidance provided by Canglong Group engineers, the local Albanian construction team uses a fully bolted modular assembly method, eliminating 100% welding and secondary cutting on-site, directly halving the overall construction period.
