Fire rated panels are high-performance composite enclosure materials made from high-strength color-coated steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, or galvanized steel sheets as the face material and Class A non-combustible inorganic materials such as rock wool, magnesium oxide, magnesium oxysulfate, and silicate rock as the core material. They are formed through a continuous automated composite process and possess multiple functions including excellent fire resistance, heat insulation, and sound insulation. Rock wool sandwich panels have a fire resistance rating of up to 120 minutes, making them the first choice for large-area fireproof partitions. Magnesium oxide/magnesium oxysulfate sandwich panels have a fire resistance rating of over 2 hours and also possess advantages such as moisture resistance, mildew resistance, corrosion resistance, and high strength, making them suitable for high fire resistance and high humidity environments such as hospitals, pharmaceutical factories, and lithium battery workshops. Silicate rock sandwich panels are lightweight, high-strength, flame-retardant, and moisture-proof, offering excellent cost-effectiveness. The product boasts a low thermal conductivity of 0.021~0.043 W/(m·K), and a 50mm thickness provides a fire resistance time of over 60 minutes. It produces no molten drips or toxic fumes during combustion. Tongue-and-groove or concealed nail connections allow for daily installations of 600~800㎡.
