Wall Panels

Metal sandwich wall panels are a core product of steel structure building envelope systems. They employ a "sandwich" structure, using high-strength color-coated steel plates, stainless steel plates, or aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy plates as the face panels, and rock wool, polyurethane (PU/PIR), EPS, or honeycomb core material as the core material. These are compounded through an automated hot-pressing process, integrating lightweight and high strength, thermal insulation, fire resistance, moisture resistance, and aesthetic appeal. Rock wool core material with a thickness ≥80mm has a fire resistance rating of no less than 60 minutes and a water repellency rate ≥98%. Polyurethane core material offers the most outstanding thermal insulation performance. The wall panels are installed using tongue-and-groove joints or concealed nails, allowing for quick construction, waterproof sealing, and a large daily installation area. They are widely applicable to various industrial and civil buildings such as steel structure factories, logistics warehouses, stadiums, exhibition halls, commercial complexes, cold storage facilities, clean rooms, and data centers. Canglong Group can provide customized wall panels with a thickness of 50~250mm, a standard width of 1000mm, and a length of ≤15000mm, along with a full set of auxiliary materials such as doors, windows, edge trim, and flashing, supporting one-stop delivery for domestic and international projects.
