PU/PIR Panels

Metal-faced polyurethane (PU/PIR) panels are a type of high-performance composite panel. They use rigid polyurethane (PU) foam or its upgraded version, rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, as the core material, and color-coated steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, or aluminum sheets as the face sheet, formed in one piece through a continuous automated foaming and composite process. The product integrates high-efficiency thermal insulation, lightweight and high strength, waterproofing and moisture resistance, aesthetics, and durability, and is widely used in exterior walls, roofs, and partition systems for various buildings such as cold storage facilities, industrial plants, logistics warehouses, clean rooms, and farms.
