PU cold room panel installation for American cold storage

Canglong Group is supplying high-performance 50mm thickness PU cold room panel for a US customer’s cold chain warehousing project, marking another breakthrough for Made-in-China in the North American high-end cold chain sector.

These customised 50mm thick polyurethane cold storage panels adopt the world’s leading continuous lamination process, with a density of 42±2kg/m³ and a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022W/(m-K), accurately meeting the US ASTM C578 standard and USDA food grade certification requirements.

The PU cold room panel adopts patented plug-in structure design to achieve a daily average assembly efficiency of 800m2, with customised flame-retardant B1-grade core material and 304 stainless steel finish, demonstrating excellent occlusion rate (≥92%) and flexural strength (≥200kPa) in a wide temperature range scenario from -40℃ to +25℃. BIM modelling was used at the project site to guide the installation, with the error controlled to ±1.5mm/m.
