They are created by subjecting traditional EPS (polystyrene board) to a high-molecular-weight siliconization treatment, which fundamentally alters its physical properties. This product perfectly solves the contradiction between the flammability of organic materials (such as EPS and PU) and the poor thermal insulation and high water absorption of inorganic materials (such as rock wool), making it the globally recognized gold-standard enclosure material in the precast concrete building (PEMB) field.
Structural Form
- Composite Process: A fully automated continuous production line is used, employing liquid polyurethane rigid foam (PIR/PUR) as an adhesive. Under high pressure, the color-coated steel sheet and silica rock core material are foamed and bonded together in a single process.
- Connection Method: Primarily using concealed tongue and groove connections, combined with waterproof sealing strips, to achieve nail-free waterproofing and a clean, streamlined appearance.
