Mechanized silica rock panel also known as continuous thermosetting composite polystyrene fireproof insulation board, is a Class A fireproof insulation material industrially produced using advanced continuous automated production lines. Unlike traditional handmade or semi-mechanized boards, machine-made polystyrene fireproof insulation board undergoes nano-silicification modification of polystyrene particles and is composite-formed in a single process on an assembly line. With its true Class A fire resistance, exceptional flatness, and stable physical properties, it has become the preferred material for high-end industrial plants, clean rooms, and public building envelope systems worldwide.

Structural Form
  • Production Process: Utilizes a continuous roller pressing production line. The core material is automatically spread, preheated, pressurized, and cured. It is then instantly bonded to the upper and lower layers of color-coated steel sheets under high pressure using high-strength polyurethane adhesive, followed by computer-controlled length cutting.
  • Connection Method: Standard male-female tongue and groove (M&G) concealed snap-fit ​​connection. EPDM sealing strips are pre-installed at the joints, eliminating the need for exposed rivets, preventing rainwater leakage, and resulting in a perfectly flat appearance.
