The cashew processing plant project designed by Canglong Group for Tanzanian clients is a modern and efficient steel structure industrial building. The factory is 90 meters long, 25 meters wide, and 10 meters high, with a building area of 2250 square meters. The optimized spatial layout fully meets the full process needs of cashew processing and storage.

The core structure of the cashew processing plant project adopts high-performance H-shaped steel as beams and columns. This material has a reasonable cross-sectional distribution, high strength, and light weight, perfectly supporting the large-span space of the factory building, providing open and column free flexible space for internal production line layout, while ensuring extreme stability and safety of the overall structure.

In the roof and wall enclosure system, we use lightweight and high-strength C-shaped steel as purlins. Its precise size and excellent bending resistance provide a solid and flat skeleton foundation for the external enclosure board. The wall panels and roof panels are made of color steel plates with strong weather resistance and clean appearance. This type of board is not only easy to install, but its unique coating can effectively resist the local climate conditions in Tanzania, with good anti-corrosion and rust prevention capabilities, balancing the long service life of the building with low maintenance costs.
