The rock wool core material meets EN 13501-1 Class A1 non-combustible standards and GB 8624-2012 Class A2 non-combustible requirements. Depending on the board thickness, the fire resistance rating can reach EI 30 to EI 240. For example, 50 mm can reach EI 30, 100 mm can reach EI 60–120, and 150 mm and above can reach EI 180–240.   • Structural Frame: Install and align vertical purlins or wall beams. Before installing the first row of polyurethane edge sealing rock wool sandwich panels, install waterproof flashing at the bottom.
  • Fixing: Use self-tapping screws with waterproof washers to fix the panels to the corrugations or purlin positions. Horizontal spacing ≤300 mm, vertical spacing ≤600 mm. Ensure the washers are not deformed or damaged when tightening the screws.
  • Installation Sequence: Install from bottom to top and from left to right. Gently press each panel into the base and adjust for flatness with a ruler, ensuring a tight joint with adjacent panels.
