Product Structure and Materials

Surface layer/panel:

High quality aluminum zinc or galvanized color steel plates are used, with high-performance coatings (such as PVDF, HDP, PE) applied to the surface, providing excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and a wide range of color options.

The thickness is usually 0.4mm-0.8mm, and can be customized according to the requirements of load-bearing and wind pressure resistance.

Core material:

  • Polyurethane (PU) core material: with extremely low thermal conductivity, the best insulation performance, and a fire rating of up to B1.
  • Rock wool (RW) core material: A-grade non combustible material with excellent fire resistance and good insulation and sound insulation effects.
  • Glass wool (GW) core material: lightweight, good insulation and sound absorption performance, economical and practical.
  • Other core materials: XPS, EPS and other core materials can also be provided according to specific needs.

Adhesive and Composite Technology:

Using high-performance environmentally friendly adhesives, composite through continuous hot pressing or cold pressing processes to ensure high bonding strength between the surface layer and the core material, without hollowing or delamination.
