Canglong Group has recently completed the entire production process for a 100mm-thick PU sandwich panel customized for a Czech client and is now officially scheduled for shipment. This collaboration focuses on local Czech housing construction needs, focusing on high-performance thermal insulation materials to provide key support for creating comfortable and durable residential and commercial spaces.

As the core material for this project, the 100mm-thick PU sandwich panel combines functionality. Utilizing a closed-cell polyurethane foam core with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022W/(m·K), the 100mm thickness imparts excellent thermal insulation, effectively accommodating the Czech winter’s cold and damp climate and reducing building energy consumption.

The PU sandwich panel offers excellent sound insulation (weighted sound insulation ≥30dB), enhancing indoor quietness. The outer color-coated steel panels are roll-formed for high strength and corrosion resistance. They are tightly bonded to the core material to form a monolithic structure, balancing lightweight design with load-bearing capacity, making them ideal for diverse applications such as wall and roof panels. The production process strictly adheres to EU building material environmental standards, ensuring the safety and harmlessness of the materials and meeting local Czech green building requirements.

Currently, the first batch of goods has been dispatched to the port by dedicated logistics vehicles and will subsequently be delivered directly to the project site via efficient transportation links.
