The warehouse project developed by Canglong Group for its Hungarian client is centered on a one-stop solution, precisely matching the client’s needs for efficient storage and long-term durability. The steel warehouse project occupies 35×27.65×9.4 meters (building area 967㎡) and features a classic double-pitched roof structure with an optimized slope of 15°, balancing drainage efficiency and interior space utilization, and is well-suited to Hungary’s rainy temperate continental climate.

The main steel warehouse structure utilizes Q355H-section steel for beams and columns, with a yield strength of 355MPa, providing excellent load-bearing capacity and stable support for storage racks and forklift operations. Purlins are made of galvanized C-shaped steel, evenly distributed at 1.5-meter intervals, balancing lightweight design with wind resistance. The enclosure system fully utilizes PU sandwich panels (polyurethane core, 50mm thick), with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022W/(m·K), providing insulation in summer and heat preservation in winter. The metal surface layer also boasts strong weather resistance, resisting the corrosive effects of Eastern European ultraviolet radiation and the humid environment.

As a one-stop service provider, Canglong simultaneously offers a complete set of accessories, including thermally broken aluminum windows and doors (with anti-theft grilles), PVC drainage pipes, gutters, and downspouts, providing a turnkey solution from structural design to detailed installation. The project, utilizing a factory prefabrication and on-site assembly model, was completed from foundation to final construction within 50 days, shortening the construction period by 25% compared to traditional solutions and helping clients quickly put their warehouse space into operation.
