This project precisely matches the client’s warehousing needs, utilizing a high-strength galvanized steel structure system. Key parameters are as follows:

Building Scale: Occupying 15.5m x 13.5m (approximately 209㎡), with an eaves height of 7m and a peak roof height of 8m, creating a spacious double-layer working space.

Structural System: Innovative application of a portal frame structure; the main load-bearing beams and columns are made of hot-rolled H-beams, combining lightweight construction with wind load resistance. The secondary structural purlins utilize cold-formed thin-walled X-beams, optimizing roof load distribution.

Enclosure System: The walls and roof are fully covered with 0.5mm thick aluminized zinc-coated steel sheets, combining corrosion resistance and thermal insulation to adapt to the tropical marine climate.

Functional Highlights: The mezzanine design increases storage capacity by 50%; galvanized components ensure a service life of over 25 years, modular installation shortens the construction period by 30%.

The mezzanine warehouse project strictly adhered to the EU EN 1090 steel structure certification standard, utilizing BIM technology for pre-assembly to mitigate on-site errors, ultimately shortening the delivery cycle by 20 days compared to traditional solutions.
