Chile agricultural warehouse

Recently, the agricultural warehouse project built by Canglong Group for Chilean clients has been successfully completed. The project is located in an agricultural production area in Chile, fully considering the geographical characteristics of frequent earthquakes and the actual needs of daily farm operations. It adopts a high toughness steel structure scheme, providing a solid and reliable space for grain storage and agricultural tool storage.

The agricultural warehouse has a building area of 1000 square meters, with a length of 50 meters and a width of 20 meters. The eaves are 6.6 meters high, and the highest point of the roof is 8.53 meters. The overall structure adopts a portal frame structure, which combines economy and practicality in single story buildings, and can achieve large-span column free space, facilitating the entry and exit of agricultural machinery and flexible stacking of materials.

Considering that Chile is located in the Pacific Rim seismic zone, Canglong Group has focused on strengthening its overall integrity and ductility capabilities in structural design:

Main frame: The beams and columns are made of H-shaped steel, with high section stiffness and strong bearing capacity. A stable overall frame is formed through rigid joints, effectively resisting horizontal seismic forces and vertical loads.

Purline system: C-shaped steel is selected and tightly connected to the main frame to provide uniform support for the roof and walls, while also considering the economy of steel consumption.

Enclosure system: The wall and roof enclosure system uses single steel plates, which are lightweight, high-strength, and easy to install. The surface of the metal sheet has undergone anti-corrosion treatment, which can adapt to the climate differences between the coastal and inland areas of Chile and provide long-term stable protective performance.
