Recently, Canglong Group successfully delivered a modern metal godown project (22m x 11m, 242 square meters) to a client in Ontario, Canada, providing a full-chain service encompassing design, production, transportation, and installation.

The project utilizes a high-efficiency portal steel frame structure system. The beams and columns are made of Q355B high-strength H-beams (compliant with Canadian CSA S16 standards), with a yield strength of 355MPa and wind pressure resistance of 1.5kPa, perfectly suited to the local harsh climate, ensuring structural stability and reliability under extreme low temperatures and strong winds.

The purlin system uses galvanized C-beams with a zinc coating ≥80g/m², conforming to ISO 1461 standards. This provides excellent corrosion resistance and lightweight advantages, effectively resisting snowmelt erosion and extending its service life to over 25 years.

The enclosure system uses 0.7mm thick color-coated steel plates, combining excellent thermal insulation (annual energy saving rate of 22%) with wind pressure resistance (1.2kPa), significantly reducing indoor temperature fluctuations and lowering air conditioning energy consumption.

Canglong Group provided comprehensive professional services, utilizing BIM technology to complete precise and detailed design, optimizing portal frame spans, and improving metal godown utilization.
