High strength surface layer
Adopting aluminum zinc or galvanized substrate, combined with excellent weather resistance PVDF/HDP coating, ensures that the sheet has excellent corrosion resistance, color durability, and decorative properties in harsh environments.
A-level fireproof core material
The core filler is high-density, hydrophobic rock wool. Rock wool is derived from natural basalt and is made by high-temperature melting and fiberization. It is an internationally recognized A1 grade non combustible material with a melting point higher than 1000 ℃. It does not burn or produce toxic smoke when exposed to fire, providing the highest level of passive fire protection for buildings.
Stable composite process
Adopting advanced fully automatic continuous production lines, precise glue distribution and high-pressure composite are used to form a solid whole between the surface layer and the rock wool core material, ensuring the strength of the board and preventing internal hollowing.
