Recently, Canglong Group successfully completed the preparation and shipment of high-quality PIR cold storage panels ordered for a major US client. This order was substantial, utilizing three 40-foot high cube containers to ensure all goods were delivered safely and in one go.

Product Core and Packaging Details

The PIR cold storage panels shipped this time are Canglong Group’s flagship product, utilizing advanced PIR foam as the core insulation material. This material is renowned for its extremely low thermal conductivity, excellent fire resistance (typically reaching B1 fire-retardant standard), and extremely high structural strength, fully meeting the stringent energy efficiency and safety requirements of the US market. The panel surface is covered with high-quality color steel or stainless steel plates, which are not only aesthetically pleasing and durable but also effectively corrosion-resistant, ensuring the stability of the cold storage during long-term use.

For packaging, we adopted comprehensive protective measures: each panel was separated by flexible corner protectors to prevent scratches on the exquisite surface coating due to friction during transportation. Then, a specific number of panels were tightly wrapped and secured into individual packaging units using high-strength stretch film, effectively preventing moisture and dust.

Container Loading and Securement Process

Container loading is carried out systematically within our factory area. Before loading, foam padding blocks are evenly laid at the bottom of the containers to facilitate loading and unloading. Our loading team uses a vertical loading method, arranging the panels tightly inside the container to fully utilize the internal space while preventing lateral bending and protecting the structure from damage. To prevent any displacement of goods within the container during transport, we have filled all gaps with sturdy foam to firmly secure the goods to the container walls and doors.

Logistics Arrangements and Follow-up Tracking

Currently, these three fully loaded containers have been safely delivered to our long-term shipping partner and customs clearance procedures have been completed. They have been loaded onto an ocean-going vessel bound for its destination port in the United States. We have prepared all necessary customs clearance documents, including the bill of lading, packing list, invoice, and certificate of origin, and will promptly send them to the customer.

Meanwhile, we have provided the customer with a unique serial number for each container, allowing them to track the container’s current location and estimated arrival time in real time through the shipping company’s website, ensuring full transparency and control.
