Canglong Group, always prioritizing customer needs and deeply rooted in the customized building materials field, recently successfully delivered a batch of EPS foam sandwich panels to an Indonesian customer. Addressing the customer’s precise requirements for building insulation performance, a uniform 50mm thickness was used, combining lightweight design with high-efficiency thermal insulation, suitable for building insulation scenarios in tropical climates.

To ensure the products arrived intact during long-distance sea transport, Canglong Group’s warehousing team oversaw the packaging process. After passing quality inspection, the eps panels were wrapped with moisture-proof stretch film and reinforced with high-strength corrugated cardboard corner protectors. An internal layer of pearl cotton cushioning was added, and the outer layer was covered with waterproof woven bags and wrapped with anti-slip tape. These multiple layers of protection maximized resistance to transportation bumps and environmental corrosion.

The goods have now been loaded into containers on a partnered international freight line and are expected to arrive directly at an Indonesian port by sea. Before shipping the EPS foam sandwich panels, the project team synchronized the packing list and logistics tracking code with the client in real time. A dedicated person will then follow up on customs clearance progress and provide remote installation guidance and technical support to ensure the client’s project is completed on schedule.
