The supplied rock wool exterior wall panels strictly adhere to Australian building codes (AS/NZS standards). The 50mm thickness precisely matches the insulation needs of the warehouse’s large span space. The high-density rock wool core material has a thermal conductivity as low as 0.038W/(m·K), effectively blocking the conduction of internal and external temperature differences and reducing energy consumption in storage. It also meets Class A non-combustible standards, maintaining structural stability even in high-temperature environments, providing a robust safety barrier for warehouses storing flammable materials or precision instruments. The panel surface uses a double-sided galvanized color steel composite process, achieving a wind uplift strength of over 1500Pa. Combined with Canglong’s unique tongue-and-groove interlocking design, it not only withstands the strong winds of the Australian coast but also simplifies on-site assembly procedures.

To meet the client’s deadlines, Canglong’s production team proactively coordinated with the design drawings, optimizing panel utilization and reducing material waste through modular layout. The quality inspection process incorporated key verification indicators required by Australian certification, such as fire resistance testing (up to 120 minutes in actual testing) and water absorption testing (≤0.5%), ensuring that every exterior wall panel met standards before leaving the factory. Currently, the first batch of goods has been packaged and reinforced and will be shipped directly to Sydney Port via a dedicated sea freight line. Canglong’s overseas project team is simultaneously handling customs clearance and land transportation, with the goods expected to arrive at the project site within 45 days, fully guaranteeing the progress of the warehouse facade construction.
