50mm PIR sandwich panels shipped to Belarus

Recently, a convoy of containers fully loaded with 50mm thick PIR sandwich panels independently developed by Canglong Group departed from the Canglong factory, bound for Tianjin Port, and then shipped to Belarus. These wall and roof panels, specifically designed for small warehouses, will provide customers with a new generation of efficient and energy-saving warehouse enclosure systems thanks to their superior fire resistance, thermal insulation performance, and easy installation.

All shipped PIR sandwich panels are vacuum-packed for moisture protection, employing a three-dimensional reinforcement solution with steel strapping and corner protection.

Unlike conventional building materials, the PIR sandwich panels supplied this time have three breakthrough advantages:

  • Extreme Fire Resistance: Certified by EU EN13501-1, achieving B1 flame retardant standards, self-extinguishing upon contact with fire and posing no risk of molten dripping, far exceeding Belarus’s stringent warehouse fire safety regulations.
  • Ultra-low thermal conductivity: Closed-cell rate >95%, thermal conductivity as low as 0.022W/(m·K), improving energy efficiency by 40% compared to EPS boards, significantly reducing heating energy consumption.
  • Lightweight and high-strength: The panel uses 0.6mm aluminized zinc-coated steel sheet, core material density ≥45kg/m³, wind pressure resistance up to 12kPa, perfectly suited for small warehouse light steel structure frames.
